About Insurance

While I do not directly participate with insurance plans, this allows me the freedom to dedicate more time to each individual and offer services I believe best support your health, without the limitations often imposed by insurance contracts.

For potential reimbursement, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit directly to your health insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Additionally, you are welcome to use funds from your Health Savings Account (HSA) for my services.

I’m thrilled to announce a new way to work with me: The Midlife Membership, a concierge care model designed to give you the ongoing support you deserve during perimenopause and menopause.

Here’s why I’m making this shift: managing hormones isn’t a one-visit fix. Your body is changing, symptoms evolve, and treatments need adjusting as you progress through this transition. I wanted to create a model that reflects the reality of midlife care:  one that gives us time to truly partner together, monitor your progress, and adapt your plan as your needs change.

The Midlife Membership will include comprehensive onboarding, appointments as needed during your initial phase, direct access to me between visits, and ongoing maintenance support to keep you thriving long-term. This is whole-person care that addresses not just your symptoms today, but your health for decades to come.
