A concierge approach to menopause & midlife health

Midlife Healthcare, Redefined

I created The Midlife Membership because you deserve better care during this stage of life – care that reflects the complexity of what’s happening in your body and the importance of protecting your strength, health, and energy for decades to come.

Perimenopause and menopause can be challenging transition times. Hormones shift. Symptoms evolve. Sleep, mood, weight, bone health, and long-term risk all deserve thoughtful attention – not rushed visits or one-time solutions.

This membership allows me to serve you, the way I believe you deserve: with time, continuity, and true partnership.

Join for expert care. Stay for long-term health.

Midlife (Perimenopause) is not a pause – it’s a pivot point – a critical transition time and can start as early as your mid 30’s and last for, on average 4- 10 years. The choices made now can meaningfully impact long-term health outcomes. Inside the Midlife Membership, we focus on:

Precision hormone care

An individualized approach to hormone therapy that considers safety, timing, symptom relief, and long-term health.

A proactive, whole-person approach

A preventive approach that goes beyond symptom relief—combining personalized medications, supplements, nutrition.

Continuity instead of starting over

A provider who knows your history and follows your health over time, rather than isolated visits.

Access when questions come up

Timely access when questions arise, in a secure environment that feels supportive—not overwhelming.

Ongoing education and clarity

Ongoing opportunities to learn, ask questions, and stay informed through guided education and live discussions.

Here's How It Works:

Navigating perimenopause and menopause isn’t a one-visit fix. That’s why I created The Midlife Membership: a concierge care model that gives us the time to work together as true partners in your health.

STEP 1: 75-Minute Initial Consultation

Where your wellness journey begins

Your investment in this first step is $375, and it’s the kind of visit women tell me they wished they’d had years ago.

You’ll start by requesting an appointment. Once confirmed, I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete before we meet so we can make the most of our time together.

After your consultation, you’re welcome to take your care plan to a trusted provider, or continue working with me through The Midlife Membership.

STEP 2: 4-Month Foundation

Everything you need to feel like yourself again

Your investment for four months of truly personalized, concierge-level care is $2,195. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.

This is where the real work happens. Using the personalized care plan we built together at your Initial Consultation, we’ll spend four months implementing, adjusting, and optimizing together. This isn’t a protocol you follow on your own. It’s a true partnership.

These four months give us a realistic timeframe for therapies to stabilize, labs to be optimized, and lifestyle changes to gain real traction. Our goal is for you to not just be feeling better by the end of this phase, but on a trajectory that lasts.

No surprise fees. No extra charges for visits or messaging. Just comprehensive, individualized, concierge-level care and partnership focused on helping you feel better, faster, while building a strong foundation for lasting health.

STEP 3: Maintenance Membership

Keep your foundation strong and your health thriving

Maintenance Membership is $125/month. It’s how we keep what we’ve built together from slipping, and catch any shifts before they become setbacks.

After your 4-Month Foundation, you may continue your care with the Maintenance Membership. This phase is designed to keep your progress steady and your treatment aligned with where you are now, not where you started.

Hormones shift. Life shifts. Maintenance ensures we catch changes early and adjust before things get off track.

Once a year, we will schedule a comprehensive annual visit ($375) to order a complete lab panel, review your results, reassess your treatment plan and goals, and adjust your care to reflect where you are now. This visit ensures your care remains clinically current, assessing the complete picture of your health at every stage.

Please note that (currently) this is a cash-based practice and I cannot accept Medicare insurance. I am unable to bill Medicare for any services provided.  BUT…

This will be changing soon! (Anticipated date June 1st.)  Please check back with me and get on my list for summer if you are 65 or older and have Medicare!

  • shared decision-making and
  • designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing primary care or gynecology providers.

Appointments are intentionally unrushed and as needed, allowing space to address immediate concerns while also focusing on long-term health protection.

Membership includes ongoing access to the provider-led learning and community platform where you will find evidence-based education modules, guidance, and support around perimenopause, menopause, and longevity-focused health.

This is true continuity of care: supporting you not just through symptoms, but through the full arc of midlife health.

Midlife and menopause care just cannot be accomplished well in a single visit – or even two.

Hormones require adjustment as your body changes. Sleep and stress regulation are foundational. Weight loss must be sustainable and muscle-preserving. Bone and cardiovascular health need to be prioritized, not treated as an afterthought.

The Midlife Membership meets you where you are and supports you as your needs evolve. Care is personalized and paced to your life.
You are guided through three phases of care:

Stabilize
We address your most pressing symptoms, clarify what’s happening in your body, and initiate or adjust medical treatment which may include hormone therapy, supplements, or non-hormonal medications when appropriate. We prioritize foundational health such as sleep, stress reduction, and movement.

Rebuild
As symptoms settle, we focus on building muscle, supporting metabolic health, and establishing sustainable habits that protect long-term health.

Thrive
This phase emphasizes long-term optimization, preventive care, and longevity, with continued guidance, reassessment, and adjustments over time.

Throughout every phase, your care remains individualized, responsive, and grounded in evidence.

Weight changes during midlife are common and rarely – if ever – about willpower alone. Hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, and muscle loss all play a role.

Support may include GLP-1 therapies, targeted nutrition guidance, metabolic optimization, stress & sleep management, hormone therapy, when appropriate and desired. The focus is not rapid weight loss, but improved metabolic health, muscle preservation, restored energy, and long-term protection of your health.

The Midlife Membership approaches midlife weight changes through a medical, sustainability-focused lens. Care is centered on understanding why your body is changing, rather than forcing short-term, unsustainable results.

This is not a quick fix. It is a thoughtful, medically guided strategy designed to support your body through midlife and beyond.

The Midlife Membership provides individualized, cancer-informed menopause care for women with a history of breast or gynecologic cancers, including DCIS.

Care is tailored to your medical history, current or prior treatments, and long-term health goals, with close attention to safety, symptom burden, and evolving needs.

Support focuses on hot flashes, sleep disruption, vaginal and sexual health, and genitourinary symptoms using current clinical guidelines. When hormone therapy is considered, decisions are made carefully and conservatively, with appropriate monitoring and collaboration with your oncology team when indicated.
Beyond symptom management, care also emphasizes protecting long-term health including bone density, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, and emotional wellbeing.

No. The Midlife Membership is not a pharmacy and does not distribute medications. Very often, labs and medications are covered by your insurance. I am very good at getting you the medications you need efficiently and as economically as possible!

Yes, absolutely – even if your periods are still regular! Care is tailored to your stage, symptoms, and goals – from early perimenopause on through postmenopause.

The Midlife Membership is designed for you if you are navigating hormonal issues like PCOS, PMDD, POA, perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond who want thoughtful, personalized medical care — and who value time, continuity, and clear guidance.

You’re likely a great fit if you:

  • Want a personalized, whole-person approach to midlife and hormone health
  • Are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption, hot flashes, or weight shifts — and haven’t felt fully supported elsewhere
  • Value unrushed, provider-led care where your concerns are listened to and addressed thoughtfully
  • Prefer a proactive, prevention-focused approach that looks beyond prescriptions to long-term health, strength, and vitality
  • Appreciate access to ongoing education and a supportive learning community to better understand your changing body

This membership is best suited for women who are ready to engage in their health with intention – not looking for a quick fix, but for personalized care that evolves alongside them.

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A single visit or quick prescriptions (stand alone visits would be perfect for this!, see my “services” page)
  • Strict coaching, or accountability programs
  • One-size-fits-all menopause treatment
This membership is structured to support both current symptoms and long-term health, without requiring you to manage everything on your own.

No. Hormone therapy is one of many tools. All decisions are made together based on your history, preferences, and goals.

Appointments are intentionally unrushed. The concierge model allows time for meaningful conversation and shared planning.

I do not contract with insurance but can provide a superbill for that you may submit to your insurance provider.

This reflects the realistic and average timeline for optimal hormonal therapies to take effect, dose adjustments made, labs to be interpreted and refined, and lifestyle changes to gain traction. It is the foundation your long-term health deserves. If you are still requiring frequent adjustments or additional support at the end of your foundation phase, we can discuss extending your onboarding before transitioning to Maintenance Membership
